The text, design, and branding of Mebaan belong to Mebaan. Photos and floor plans on each listing are supplied by the agent named on that listing, who confirms they own them or have permission to use them.

Reporting a photo or other content

If you own the copyright in something shown on this site and it is being used without your permission, email [email protected] with:

• your name and contact details;
• which work is yours, with something that shows your ownership;
• the address (URL) of the page it appears on;
• a statement that the use is not authorised by you.

We take reported content down promptly, tell the agent who uploaded it, and pass their response, if any, back to you.

Thai copyright law (Copyright Act, sections 43/6–43/8) sets the rest of the process, including when content may be restored. Knowingly false reports carry legal responsibility under the same law.

Repeat uploads

An agent who repeatedly uploads content that infringes someone else's copyright loses their account on Mebaan.
